What if I need to change my shipping address?
Please email acozyscene@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will try to change the shipping address accordingly. Please be mindful that if the product has been dispatched, we will be unable to change the route of the delivery.

- Our normal trading hours are from Monday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- Your order will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.
- During sale or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery times above.
- We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.)
- While Australia Post endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in their delivery network at the relevant time.
Market Day Pick-up
Our 'Market Pick-up' option allows our customers to purchase online and collect their kits at one of the markets we have listed. This option applies strictly to the markets we have outlined in our 'Market Day' page.
Selecting this option
At the checkout out, you will be given a 'Market Pick-up' option, under this option, you must outline which market you will be picking up your orders from. Please take careful note of the location and time of the market.
Market Cancellation
In the event of a market cancellation, customers will be personally contacted as soon as possible.
Change of pick-up location
If you would like to change the market that you will be collecting your order from, please reach out to us using our 'contact' page and specify the changes you would like to make.
