Terms and Conditions
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it and unused;
Proof of purchase is required;
Refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned;
We will also require photos of any item(s) that arrive in less-than-perfect condition.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Starting a return
To start a return, please email us at email@example.com and provide the following information:
Online order number;
Email Address used for the order;
Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition;
Following completion, our customer service will usually respond to your request within 1-2 business day and advise the next steps.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the request had been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive
the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
